Dangerous metal rods protuding

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2885796.
By the war memorial , there are concrete posts with scaffolding going through them to support a fence. the concrete has come off and the metal rods have been bent into a dagerous position and needs cutting off as if a child comes along could be very dangerous as they would go straight into them
