Noisy manhole cover

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2947393.
On Plaistow Lane just past the turning of Garden Road there is a loose manhole cover that is causing a very loud noise every time a vehicle drives over it. It’s waking people up during the night and during the say are subjected to a constant loud noise, which is unacceptable. Please could this be fixed ASAP.

Thames water came today to look at the issue. They have confirmed that it’s not their manhole and it’s the responsibility of the highways ie Bromley council. Please can you look into this as it’s very noisy and constant.

I have been in contact with Virgin media and they have chat turned it is not theirs. What has made you state it belongs to Virgin media? Thames water have also said it is not theirs. There is now further damage and noise. Please can you look into this again as a matter of priority.
