Unable to know who the responsibility lies with but is has now grown out to the foot path - as it is blocking some of the foot path can Bromley council not assist here?

The land registry findings have confirmed Council ownership. Addition to our Grounds Maintenance work schedule has now been approved by the Council Highway Division.
This shrub border at the side of No.253 Village Way will be maintained by the Council's contractors in the future. Idverde have now been requested to attend and tidy all encroaching plants and clear litter.
