Bt drain cover
Reported via desktop in the Road, Pavement and PROW Issues category anonymously at 13:23, Thu 26 August 2021
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later
Inspection cover on uphill section reqs levelling as it has sunk on one side. You say this is a BT cover, but it's your road. Outstanding for I would say well over a year. Time you exerted some heavier influence on BT I think!

Not really good enough. I have referred this to you 3 times, and you always pass the buck to BT. It's your road, and you are responsible for the safety thereon!. You have now passed this to BT some 3 times in the last YEAR, and nothing has happened! Kindly escalate before there is a bad accident in Shire Lane because of this poor maintenance, thank you.

Not fixed, problem goes on and on for well over a year now with no resolution in sight. BT too busy fleecing their customers rather than dealing with Health and Safety issues.

Not fixed, but not given up yet. Suggested Bromley Council use Enforcement Action against very negligent BT. Outstanding for well over a year, so much for BT and their (lack of) H&S, and indeed the council for not progressing this more quickly as very dangerous especially to 2 wheelers in dark or wet!

Yes, but it is your road and BT are clearly doing nothing. Why can your managers not escalate this matter with them as it has been outstanding for over a year now? Can YOU not see that your referrals are getting nowhere either? Surely the councils H & S responsibilities mean enforcement action can be taken following BTs negligence!
