The tree outside 48 Chessington way needs cutting back
Reported via mobile in the Public Trees category anonymously at 12:38, Fri 3 September 2021
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2976750.
The tree outside 48 Chessington way needs cutting back has it’s causing damage to my car and the routes have also damaged the pavement which is now an health and safety hazard as an old lady tripped up and sprained her wrist. This tree has not been cut back for several years now. Ideally it would be could if the tree could be removed altogether.

Can you please provide an update as no one has been to resolve the cutting down of the tree as this is causing damage to our cars and a an old lady tripped over the routes of the tree and hurting her ankle. This is a health and safety issue.

The tree outside number 62 Chessington way has not yet been cut back despite me reporting this issue many weeks ago. The true roots have also caused damage to the boundary wall of the property. Why has this issue not been resolved and why is it taking so long to resolve. Can you also explain the process for seeking a claim against the council for damages to my car and the boundary wall as a result of the tree which has not been cut back. It has also called damage to the pavement which is a health and safety hazard.
