Large fallen branch blocking access in road

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

A large section of an old cedar tree has fallen a few minutes ago. Is blocking road and pavement and access to couple of properties. Needs clearing and checking for further deterioration. See picture.

  • Hi - the branch has been cleared no problems- the tree engineer mentioned the tree would benefit from mulching. Is it possible to arrange the mulching please? Thanks

  • This remains unresolved- the issue I’m referring to is the addition of mulch.

  • Tree works are prioritised according to the risks posed and dead and dangerous trees will always take priority over routine works such as applying mulch. The works are in hand to be completed by the contractor.

  • Hi Nigel, my apologies that your enquiry is unresolved, tree works are prioritised according to risks posed and sadly tree mulching is at the bottom of the list , I have organised for the works to take place w/c: 24/01/22.
