Tree needing pruning

This sycamore keeps getting omitted from the tree pruning programme along Ravenscroft Road. It has some deadwood that may fall onto the pavement, possibly endangering pedestrians. It also requires pruning back as it is encroaching particularly No 104. But we also have concerns that the roots will be developing further if growth is not trimmed back. Attention to this tree seems overdue. I asked the contractors when they were doing the pruning last time but they said that tree was not included. It was unclear as to why not. We'd be grateful for your timely attention. Thanks.
