Rear Alleyway Blocked - tree overhanging property

The trees in Invicta Close have blocked the access to the rear alley to properties in White Horse Hill. The trees have not been touched in over 20 years and are in need of maintenance. They are greatly overhanging the gardens causing damage to sheds and blocking light.
