Badly parked car

Reported via desktop in the Road, Pavement and PROW Issues category anonymously at 13:54, Monday 20 September 2021

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

An Audi TT continually parks very close to the junction of Freelands Grove and Freelands Road. The car displays a Blue badge however it is left in a bad position and makes it difficult to see pedestrians and navigate the junction. A blue badge allows the owner to park anywhere as long as they are parking reasonably and this is not reasonable, their car need to be moved back 5-10 metres from the junction to make it safe.

  • Agree with this comment. Crossing the road as a pedestrian is dangerous and has been parked like this for months.

Rule 243 of the Highway Code states you must not park opposite or within 10 metres (32 feet) of a junction, except in an authorised parking space
