  • Gentleman called back to advise this has has not been cleaned. Coming from Croydon Road to Kingsway on the left hand side channel is the area that needs to be cleaned.

  • Resident says a small truck went put not cleaned it all needs a bigger truck to clean the dirt that been there for a long time

  • The resident says it has not been done properly as has not been touched for months so this is a large build up 9inches approximately opposite 2 - 8 gates green road the left hand side. yes you have attended but needs to be done again as still blocked please re attend to clear this and in future can you monitor this s done regularly so would not get this build up

  • Call from resident to chase again confirmed above notes he advised this is still yet to be actioned - gave specific location on Gates Green Road from Croydon Road leading up to Kingsway - left hand side that attaches to West Wickham common - no pavement just gulley channel - opposite side of road is often cleared this side has over a foot of detritus for the first 30 meters of road kerbstone has completely disappeared so over 4 inches needs to be cleared if machine not doing this needs to be done manually - Further up opposite 6-8 starts again very heavy build up whole channel could do with mechanical sweep also

  • Resident has called back as the work from previous reports still doesn't appear to have been carried out, Resident has asked if this could be carried out as soon as possible, as its building up and getting worse.

  • Veolia have sent a crew back to remove the mud and sludge in the carriageway on the corner of Gates Green Road and Croydon Road. (LB 18.11.2021) LBB officer was on site with crew at the time.
