Branches still causing an obstruction to pedestrians. This has been a problem for a long time. In addition branches from trees in the garden of 1 Towncourt Crescent hang down over the pavement in Woodland Way and in some cases touch the roof of cars parked there. Again this has been a problem for some time. A simple matter of pruning required.

As outlined at: https://www.bromley.gov.uk/ info/ 200119/ customer_services/ 921/ environmental_services_aims/ 16 please allow up to 6 weeks for remedial tree works to be undertaken.
Please report any overhanging trees from a private garden as a new and separate report as a private tree overhanding the highway.

First reported on 22nd September this problem has not been addressed yet. In fact this particular tree has been overhanging the pavement for some considerable time. It is a tree that is in a space which appears to be outside the boundary of the house on the corner of Woodland Way and Towncourt Crescent therefore it is a Bromley Council matter. The six weeks mentioned in your initial response is now well past. Its probably a quick fix for one of your contractors so get it done please.

Your email today 17/12 says "We have investigated this report and appropriate action has been taken to resolve the issue". In fact nothing has been done other than the leaves falling off the tree (and not been swept up!!). This should be a simple job which just requires the removal of one or two small branches.

Nothing has been done to this tree. Cannot see how this has been reported as done. I first complained about the overhanging branches back in 2014 (yes 2014) and still no action from the council.
