Hedges making road narrow

The hedges on both sides of the road past the animal sanctuary towards Oxenden Wood Rd need cutting back - there are no pavements and yet again, it's making it dangerous for pedestrians who have nowhere to move to when cars go past (some at speed). Some of the foliage is Holly which makes it even more tricky. It's also getting hard to see oncoming traffic. This is a continuous problem here, mostly on the side where the animal sanctuary is. It gets reported a lot but there doesn't seem to be any process or plan for a long term solution so it's up to the public to report every time. It doesn't always seem to get cut either, even when marked resolved.
