Only minimum light from street lamp, as not all bulbs working. Bulbs need replacing

It is the lamppost outside 78 Albert Road, the back bulbs are working but the front bulbs are not working.

The bulb at the front of the lamppost outside 78 Albert Road was replaced but unfortunately it only worked for one night. So it still needs replacing as it is still not working to full capacity & light is minimal. Thanks
