This is not the only tree on this side of the road which needs attention, there are 2 or 3. I have cut my face and nearly took my eye out on one sharp twig, while walking down the pavement in the dark on a windy night last week. The problem is worse now that there are no leaves on the trees, so they are not as visible in the dark. The trees in my road (Oxhawth Crescent) have been allowed to grow far too high again and I am sure there will be more insurance claims to the Council for subsidence and under-pinning peoples houses, as mine was 30 years ago. These are paid for with our Council Tax!

Just get on and sort the problem, you have known about it since September and have done nothing. I am sure your contractors will be able to see what needs doing if they have eyes. If it happens to me again, I will sue you.
