Tree needs to be re- staked

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

Tree outside 152 whitebeam avenue is leaning across the road at 45 degrees angle and has damaged residents property. she has reported this numerous times to no avail. this is a new tree and wants to talk to someone regarding this as nothing been done
