Dangerous sinking manhole cover
Reported via desktop in the Road, Pavement and PROW Issues category anonymously at 17:11, Mon 4 October 2021
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later
Dangerous sinking manhole cover on uphill section of road. You have told me over the last year when I have reported this on MANY occasions that this is a BT responsibility, but clearly they are not interested in their H & S obligations! It is your road, so is it not time you considered enforcement action against them as this situation is potentially lethal to 2 wheelers in the dark or wet!

You keep referring, but nothing gets done. Time for an enforcement order? It's your road!

But what has happened to YOUR Highways Inspectors investigation of the update with BT. It is fairly clear to me that BT have no intention of doing anything with this after a year of reporting!
