Broken metal cover in pavement

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

Outside number's 7 and 9 Windsor Drive is a 6 inch square metal plate. Recently it has been broken leaving a large, sharp hole in the middle of the pavement. A danger to small children and dogs. No ID on it so don't know who it belongs to

  • But who is the responsible party? The plate has no writing on it

  • The reported cover is not on the public footway but on private land associated with the title for numbers 7 and 9 Windsor Drive. Responsibility for the issue would rest with the land owners for this area.
