Works have been left incomplete with no attendance/progress for several weeks, beyond the date of expected completion. This affects the access to many houses in Duddington Close.

Thank you for your enquiry and bringing this to our attention.

This has been escalated to the Openreach contractor responsible for the works and The Council has requested for this reinstatement to be prioritised.

We have investigated this report and found it to be the responsibility of British Telecom. We have therefore referred the enquiry to British Telecom.
