Buses waiting at bus stops

Reported via desktop in the Road, Pavement and PROW Issues category anonymously at 20:20, Monday 11 October 2021

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

At 16.03 A single bus was waiting at the bus stop in each direction presumably because it was ahead of schedule and nothing could pass. Both directions were held up for more than twenty minutes until after much horn blowing one bus pulled up the kerb. Why was this section of road narrowed to make passing virtually impossible and why do bus companies use this location for waiting????
