Parking on pavement blocking pram/disability access.
Reported via desktop in the Road, Pavement and PROW Issues category anonymously at 10:28, Tuesday 12 October 2021
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later
Gym users/station users are parking on the paving on the corner of the road. This blocks the pathway of the apartments and forces pram users to walk in the road to be able to access 'purbeck gardens'. It had been reported to estate mangers who advised it's a council issue. Parking attendants used to come to the area but due to the abuse from the gym users, I haven't seen a parking attendent for weeks.
Would recommend using parking post hinges on the corner to stop the area being accessible to cars.

This issue has been present for decades, and is not recent. Council refuses to issue parking enforcement against the gym users.
