The works have not been completed to a good standard there is still a big dip in the road. Also the initial problem of the road sinking hasn't been investigated just covered over in one very small patch

Thames Water have investigated and concluded that the sunken patch is outside of their reinstatement area and is not related to their works. Our highway inspector has also attended site and at present this does not reach our intervention levels for repair. We will be attending the location on a regular basis to monitor the area concerned.

I am very surprised at thames water's conclusion on the uneven road surface. This is where the road sank when the sewer pipe collapsed so for them to say not there responsiblity is nonsence you only have to drive over it and you go up and down. You can see the surface is up and down.
