Huge lime tree overhanging pavement

Reported via desktop in the Public Trees category anonymously at 11:26, Wednesday 13 October 2021

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

The tree outside 233/235 Mackenzie Road has not been pollarded for several years and has grown massively and now overhangs the pavement. In addition the aphids mess the cars parked beneath it causing damage to the paintwork and cars need to be cleaned every couple of days. If Bromley will not treat the tree I am willing to pay for pollarding myself .
