Cat has died on the road

Reported via desktop in the Road, Pavement and PROW Issues category by Tugce Karakus at 22:46, Wednesday 13 October 2021

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

A cat has died on the sidewalk near 36 Valley Road. The cat had died when I saw it and I wanted to report it right away. Has blood under its cuff and this can cause it to attract other animals. Therefore, urgent intervention is required. It should be checked immediately. I don't know where to report it, so I wanted to write it here as well.
