Cigarette ends covering pavement

Reported via desktop in the Street Cleansing category anonymously at 12:52, Thursday 14 October 2021

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

Someone has been leaving a large amounts of cigarette butts on one place in Eden Park Avenue, outside the side fence of 1 Glanfield, when I walked with my dog he nearly trod on a lighted unextinguished cigarette end, I looked over fence into 1 Glanfield and there was a lady smoking so I asked her to dispose of her fag ends in a better way and she just said they weren't hers., There are many fag ends there every day which is dirty and unsightly and now it seems dangerous, The brand is Winston so if that's what this lady smokes it would seem an open and shut case and she should dispose of them safely and cleaning within her house,. I think the house is rented as this problem only started when the occupant changed
