The Trees in Ravenscroft Road are more than half the size of the trees in Pelham Road. Why are the one’s in Pelham Road not being pruned? They are Lime trees causing damage to surrounding gardens and cars. I need to understand why and when they will be pruned! Please advise the circumstances that need to be reached so they can be pruned.
