Greycot Road, Beckenham. Road sinking
Reported via desktop in the Road, Pavement and PROW Issues category anonymously at 14:44, Tue 19 October 2021
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later
There are large areas of this road where distinct road sinking has occurred - probably due to close proximity to Main Sewer and Main Water Lines. This causes road vehicles to "fall into" depression, with resulting suspension and wheel/tyre damage. This issue is also exacerbated by the continual use of this road as a "rat run" by HGV's. This road depression has previously been reported to Bromley Council - who ignored it calling it "an insignificant pothole"
