  • Whilst the immediate problem has been resolved it appears that rubbish is being placed incorrectly for collection and therefore not being collected so would envisage this problem will quickly become an issue again.

  • This problem was fixed by the housing association disposing of the rubbish and providing the correct recycling bins.

Unfortunately, the residents are not using the boxes correctly and mixing the waste. As such and as per your recycling collection records you’ll see that the rubbish is not being collected as it is being incorrectly presented for collection.

    Please reopen and investigate.

  • Not only is the problem increasing again but I now have rats in my property. Please provide an email where I can send the report and please also note I will be looking to recover costs against the council lack of action in resolving a health hazard.

  • Last refuse collection was Saturday. This is the current state which as you can see is only increasing weekly.
