Unfortunately more large branches have fallen from the tree this morning at 9am. These branches have damaged our car further and with them falling at 9am could have killed or seriously injured someone this time. There are other rotten looking branches in the tree that are in danger of falling. Please can this be investigated and appropriate action be taken urgently to prevent anymore damage or worse potential injury to someone.

A contractor came to pick up the fallen tree over the road and said they were unaware of work on other trees and so I am following up to see if this work has been instructed. can you update please? the contractors also wouldn't take away the large fallen branches from the tree - can these be taken away?

Hi the contractors came round today and worked on some of the smaller trees across the road but have missed the most problematic 2 large trees outside 37 and 39. I am not sure if they are planning to return to fix these, please can you update?
I would very much like this to be fixed as I can see at least 1 very large dead looking branch overhanging the driveway that has potential to cause serious damage to property and injury to people on the tree outside 37.
