Reported via mobile in the Street Cleansing category anonymously at 19:02, Tue 19 October 2021
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3072623.
Please send someone to clear around recycling banks in Car Park near Penge East station. As you can see a nasty inhuman person left black bags full of food. If left overnight the foxes will tear them apart and they will be scattered everywhere. This is disgusting behaviour and the council should pull their finger and do something g about these uncivilised disgusting culprits. Also please ask your contractor to mop the ground around the bins it is filthy.

Despite the rubbish was collected the area around the bins is filthy and full of rubbish that your contractor simply doesn’t bother pick up. It is inevitable that people will leave rubbish like vans and empty food packaging but someone needs to also clear these!

Well then ask your Parking Services contractors to do their job properly. The area is becoming hazardous and if it continues like that I will send the hundreds of photos that I have of this site to the appropriate regulators.
