The drain outside 22 Pittsmead Avenue and opposite it are both blocked

The road sweeper came along last week, but yesterday a load more leaves were washed down and blocked both drains. I had to go out and clear the leaves myself. I noticed that the water was to the top of the drains. I believe they need cleaning properly with the tanker.

There is oil and diesel on the road after a car crash tonight outside 20 and 22 pittsmead avenue. Also debris from the crash.
