Tree Outside 1a Gundulph road

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later
Tree is overgrown and Tree roots making asphalt uneven and cracked. Caused a elderly gentlemen to fall over this morning. Uneven footpath and trip hazard. Tree has out grown the road, causing branch, leaf and berry droppings on driveway damaging my cars. Leaf's are a trip hazard when dropping and unsafe in the winter. The tree has not been cut back in 3 years and has a unsafe balance to the tree and is leaning. Where the tree has pulled out of the grown the curb has been damaged and displaced and the roots are causing the ground to lift on my land. This requires immediate attention as I am fearful of what might happen next time someone falls or the land on which my pavement lays on starts to be lifted. I'm not opposed to trees however this tree is simply to large for the position its in and is already causing destruction and will only continue to do so moving forward please assist immediately.

Hi there, I’ve had a report saying the tree has been fixed. What exactly does this mean? I understand that contractors have been out to see the faulty tree and just was enquiring what “fixed” means. Whilst they was on-site did they notice my drive has lifted in addition to the pathway as a result of the roots.
I look forward to your response.

Good Morning, Tree works have been arranged with our contractors to make the tree safe, however I will inspect the tree again today (27/01/22) to see if there has been any change in the trees condition. If so a plan of action will be quickly put in place. Thank you

Hi there, I did wait in for the contractor yesterday to show him the damage being caused by the tree. If they are able to pop by today to discuss would be great as no contractor came yesterday. Thanks in advance.

I have re inspected the tree. This tree will now be felled on account of fungi present in crown of tree.
Thank you.

Hi there, just wondered when the tree will be felled as previously agreed by the approved contractor due to safety concerns.
The work will be made much easier should it be carried out asap. Further delay will only cause more damage and also more work load with leaves etc.
I am also concerned that potentially any longer time left may be delayed if birds were to nest.
I look forward to your response given that it was previously agreed to be felled in January.
Any update would be really welcomed.

Hi there,
Is there any updates…. I know it’s in progress it’s just is there a end date for this as to when it will be felled? It’s already caused the wall to crack as a health’s and safety hazard.
Thanks in advance
