  • Not sure what's going on here. either someone thinks this is not worth bothering about and just lying by saying that initially "Appropriate action has been taken to resolve the issue." and subsequently "The issue has been re-attended and additional works completed." or the council is paying for work to be done that simply is not being done, which is a case of fraud.

This picture taken on the 21st of dec 2021 showing NOTHING has been done, so where do we go from here? do i give up or keep trying to get this matter dealt with??

  • My apologises for the length of time this has taken to resolve and for the inconvenience this has caused with your additional comments. An email has been sent to the management of our street cleansing contractor and I'm waiting for their response. This enquiry has been passed back to the contractor updated with my email. Kind regards, JPR - 05/01/2022

  • Hi, just to update you, a sweeper has been thru the lane, (at a strange and very unreasonable time of six o'clock in the morning, waking everyone up, including my parents!), but it needs more than just the road sweeper machine to clear the side of the road. it needs two blokes with shovels to come and clear away the mud that has fallen off the bank. it can be chucked into the woods on the other side of the road, that's no problem, but road sweepers don't clear up mud. cheers.
