Tree roots lifting pavement and damaging garden walle

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3085075.
Tree roots are currently exposed by Thames water and it is obvious they have lifted the pavement and are responsible for garden wall also being damaged by lifting. See photos

It is now obvious that the tree has caused damage and if the council wishes to continue to shun it's responsibility for this damage to my wall I will now not hesitate to take action. Please come and take a look whilst the roots are exposed.

The order for these tree works has been raised with the Council’s contractor and remains outstanding within their planned schedule of works. We will continue to liaise with our contractor until the works are completed at the earliest in mid January.
