Blocked drain(s?) with water flowing down road

Reported via desktop in the Road, Pavement and PROW Issues category anonymously at 10:42, Sat 30 October 2021

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

Seen 9am Saturday 30 October after 30 minutes of light rain. Water flowing down road from the Sydney Arms under parked cars on north side of road towards exit of road with Perry Street. The one road drain grill I could see, because of the parked cars, near the recycling bins of the flats was blocked with water flowing straight over it.
