Massive pile of rubbish dumped in front of orchard. Opposite house name Borley Br67hq. This is the 3rd time I’ve reported this and you have failed to remove it . This land is owned by the council. Please remove

This rubbish has still not been taken. It was dumped here! We have reported this but still nothing has happened
