The capacity of the drain in 16 Sandford road BR2 9AW is not enough when it rains and may cause flooding to my house. Its been like that for some time now. See also attached pictures.
I believe a new drain needs to be build in front of 14 Sandford road as the water that comes from the pinewood road (which is in a hill) makes things impossible to drain. I already raised the issue with the LV officer who performed a test of the drain, so its not a blocked drain issue. It is a capacity issue. He advise me to raise it with the Highway Infrastructure department, to consider building an additional water drain. Happy to discuss.
