  • This is not the case. The lamp on the lamppost at the top end of Ethelbert Close in the Turning Circle is NOT fixed. Apparently, no-one has been to attend to the problem. We continue to remain in pitch black darkness and this is not safe for the residents, especially the elderly, infirm and small children.

  • On 26th November 2021 you wrote: "The issue has been re-attended and additional works completed." THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT THE CASE and THE PROBLEM IS STILL NOT FIXED. It is now 19 days since this matter was first reported to you. How long does it take to change a lightbulb? PLEASE DEAL WITH IT!
