Knocked over bollard and pavement damage

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

A bollard has been knocked over resulting Aldi in some pavement damage at a very narrow section of pavement . This bollard was supposed to have been painted and provided with a reflective collar as part of the schedule of bollard painting work implemented locally back at the end of July but was never painted .
