Dumped cardboard obstructing footpath

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3141581.
A large pile of heavy duty cardboard boxes (flattened) has been dumped outside this address since yesterday morning. As of 14.00 today they are still there causing a pavement hazards and an eyesore.

Another large pile of flattened cardboard boxes has been left on the public footpath by the residents of 102 Perry Hall Road. No effort has been made to secure the pile and debris is being spread across the footpath and into the road. As well as being anti-social, this is a potential hazard to pedestrians and road users.
