Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

Street trading - two free paper metal dispensers back on narrow footway o/s Clock House Station, Beckenham Rd Further to previous report 'Fixed' by bins being moved onto Southeastern Rail premises ... the bins are now back on the public footway, attracting flyposting themselves. Please kindly secure their removal as unnecessary street clutter and narrowing of the already narrow public footway at this busy location. Thank you.
