Are you suggesting that dead animals in the road are not the councils responsabilty

The area was attended but the animal was not found. Is there any further location information which could assist our contractor in locating this issue.

The pinpointed area is a fair representation and as can clearly be seen in the picture taken at 7.15 this morning in the middle of the road it could also be assumed due to your timescale the dead animal may get moved to one side or the other by a member of the public or another animal
