Parking over disabled access

I understand you are responsible for one side of Meadowview Road. A car has parked for a long time across the river walkway entrance from Meadowview Road into Montana Gardens. A disabled person from Montana Gardens cannot get in or out of the walkway and neither can people pass with buggies. Is it possible to remove this car and put a white line across the entrance to stop people parking there? This is a regular occurrence and there is now no entry for a disabled person.
Thank you for your report, this is now being investigated. Information on our services and the timeframes we aim to respond in can be found: http://www.bromley.gov.uk/ fixservices

This report has been referred to our Traffic Management Team who are responsible for the way traffic is managed on Bromley's roads; including, but not limited to, implementing new road markings and signage in relation to road safety and parking; walking and cycling improvements, including identifying locations for new cycle racks and installing Vehicle Activated speed signs - however, please note that responsibility for enforcing speed limits rests with the Police.
Where requests are made for changes, our Traffic Management Team will consider all requests but often there is a need for a full investigation, planning and consultation within the local area particularly around proposed new traffic schemes, and any considerations must be balanced with borough-wide priorities. This report is now closed on FixMyStreet and our Traffic Management Team will consider this matter.
