Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

The tree that fell down and was removed eight years ago still has not been replaced, despite at least four reports. It is also noted that new trees have been planted in the road, so despite being told it is subject to resource, resource has clearly been found to plant new trees, so why is there no resource to replace trees that have fallen down. Eight years is a long time to wait. A photo is attached evidencing the tree, which previously the council had said never existed. Prima facie, something seems awry here...
