Japanese Knotweed in the hedge

Reported via desktop in the Parks and Greenspace category anonymously at 12:29, Thu 25 November 2021

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

There is some Japanese Knotweed in the hedge about 25m from the pond. This was treated a while ago. There is some left which is still alive. There is also some growing on the field side - as a result of it having grown in the hedge. Normally there is a guarantee following the treatment. Whose responsibility is it to treat the field side. I own the field side?
