Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

A few months ago I reported an issue with a leak out of a cover which I assume was a valve or pipe. Thames water fixed the one issue outside the Coral betting shop. In a very good time! This however did not resolve the issue of the original leak, It seems to appear from under where they store their bins. Its green and slimy ( i assume this is not a Thames water issue but not sure who to to report to) The pavement is constantly wet, running in to the road. Its getting worst. The cold weather approaching will freeze the area. (at least a meter wide) Coral are obviously not doing a thing to resolve this issue, nor anyone else in the immediate area as its a shop front. I live a few road away. This is becoming a huge hazard along the pavement ( sorry no pictures but can get if required). I shall also be reporting this to Coral. Please do something about this issue.
