Rubbish on footpath

Sent to Bromley Council 14 hours, 37 minutes later

This rubbish had been here for a month or more, the residents at 29 laburnum way had clearly put the rubbish out for collection but as its not separated the bin men are not collecting and it's now blocking the footpath
