New signs on old hill

Hi there As appreciative as we are for the council action if our requests (and thank you for putting these up) the notice about littering is the last one of the 3 signs and far to far down the road to make drivers reflect and think about littering (as it hadn’t improved at all unfortunately) and they are really really high! All Other signs on the road are at drivers height, where the trees have already started growing they are already being covered. Such a shame because it took a lot of emails back and forth to get the signs and how they have been erected really isn’t having the impact it should have. If they can at least be lowered that would be a huge benefit. Unfortunately we feel it’s a bit of a tick box exercise for the work that has been done poorly for the constant issues we have and how it has been actioned won’t have the desired effect it should do or be rectified. If it could we would be grateful for this.
I was also emailed about a ‘deep clean’ of old hill happening in November but have yet to have this date confirmed either, but the rubbish in the woods (throwing distance from cars) is really bad too, so this would be timely.
Thank you
