Wet/dry mud and gravel all along Worsley Bridge Road
Reported via desktop in the Road, Pavement and PROW Issues category anonymously at 12:16, Wed 1 December 2021
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later
Daily update. Situation continues unabated, and unenforced. Condition of road surface today has been exacerbated by the recent rain. HHGV tippers continue to go in and out [fully laden with soil] with no attempt being made to prevent mud, soil & gravel being deposited on the public highway. Someone within Bromley Council is obviously receiving a financial inducement to "turn a blind eye".
NOTE: Despite the claims by the Council regarding action, THIS IS NOT a 'Planning Enforcement' issue - other than that the Developer deliberately lied on his application by NOT including the transportation of extracted groundworks material along the public highway. THIS is an enforceable violation, one which the Council - obviously flush with money - has NO INTEREST in pursuing
