Tree needs planting in street
Reported via mobile in the Public Trees category anonymously at 19:20, Fri 10 December 2021
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later
I reported in July last year that the tree in front of 22 Celtic Avenue needed replacing. The council removed the old tree but did not plant a new one. I was assured that during the ‘tree planting’ season a new one would be forthcoming. Seventeen months later nothing has happened. I have been reading about the council’s tree planting projects in Environment Matters. Please could we have one outside our house?!
Thank you for your report, this is now being investigated. Information on our services and the timeframes we aim to respond in can be found: http://www.bromley.gov.uk/ fixservices

Thank you for the enquiry, the location you have reported is down on the next phase for planting this runs from November 2022 to April 2023. I understand that you have been told this before, sadly each phase of planting is locked in by September each year for us to order the correct trees with the appropriate locations. I have confirmed again that outside 22 Celtic Avenue will be planted on the next phase, I will put this tree as a priority on the list with specifications for the tree to be planted in November this year.
