Reccurring litter problems

Reported via mobile in the Parks and Greenspace category anonymously at 22:50, Tue 21 December 2021

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

Just 3 weeks ago, friends of DW &NW cleared all the litter from Tubbenden rec park. Now there are a great deal of litter in the brushes again. This is a never ending problem. People dump takeaway litter and household rubbish in the open bin. It is a losing battle. We need covered bins in the park.
